This is what your customers and clients demands. And if they choose your service or goods rather than other's, there must be reasons for that. Give your loyal customer questioners to find out why they choose your service or goods, and let them freely give you critics and suggestion about what they think is needed for your business. And whatever the beneficial factor they can find in your service, that is what you need to develop, or maintain at least.
2) Your Business System
This amount of profit and losses are depending a lot on this. Systems you created to run your business is how you minimize your losses and get most profit possible. Starting from your share percentage with partners, necessary investments, standard operating procedure for your employees and even their salary and job separation are the shape of your system. And as the owner and decision maker, creating the new ideas of system which will be the best for your business is your priority.
